PCO’s full form is Public Call Office. It is called public call office in Hindi. It is called a place in the public area that provides a telephone facility. Before the telecom revolution, it was a very necessary and efficient medium for economical communication.  Now everyone also has a cell phone and even a smart phone but it was not common in the first time. At that time PCOs provide an economical communication platform in places where it is needed.
