MLA का फुल फॉर्म क्या है ?

MLA का फुल फॉर्म मेंबर ऑफ लेजिस्लेटिव असेंबली होता है। विधायक एक जिले के मतदाताओं द्वारा राज्य भारत सरकार की विधायिका के लिए नियुक्त सदस्य होता है और मतदाता विधायक को नामित करते हैं। भारत में, प्रत्येक सांसद (संसद सदस्य) के लिए प्रत्येक राज्य में चार से नौ विधायक हो सकते हैं, जो कि लोकसभा में है। विधायक की भूमिका के अनुसार अलग-अलग कर्तव्य होते हैं। कुछ के पास एक से अधिक कार्य होते हैं, उदाहरण के लिए, एक विधायक होने के नाते वह एक CM और कैबिनेट मंत्री भी हो सकता है।

विधायक बनने के लिए आवश्यक आवश्यकता

विधायक होने के लिए कुछ बुनियादी मानदंड हैं।

• नामांकित व्यक्ति भारतीय निवासी होना चाहिए।
• नामांकित व्यक्ति की आयु कम से कम पच्चीस वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
• नामांकित व्यक्ति किसी भी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र का मतदाता होना चाहिए।
• नामांकित व्यक्ति पागल नहीं होना चाहिए।

विधायक के कर्तव्य

• एक विधायक लोगों की शिकायतों और महत्वाकांक्षाओं को पूरा करता है और उन्हें राज्य सरकार के साथ लाता है।
• वह अपने स्थानीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लोगों की भलाई के लिए कई विधायी साधनों का उपयोग करेगा।
• वह राज्य सरकार के सामने अपने क्षेत्र की चिंताओं को उठाएंगे।
• वह अपने मतदाताओं में सुधार के लिए एलएडी (स्थानीय क्षेत्र विकास) बजट का सर्वोत्तम उपयोग करने की अनुमति देगा।

एक विधायक की जिम्मेदारी

• एक विधायक लोगों की शिकायतों और आकांक्षाओं का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है और उन्हें राज्य सरकार के पास ले जाता है।
• उसे अपने निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सदस्यों के लाभ के लिए कई विधायी साधनों का उपयोग करना चाहिए।
• उन्हें राज्य सरकार के सामने अपने निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के स्थानीय मुद्दों को उठाना चाहिए।
• उसे अपने निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए स्थानीय क्षेत्र विकास (LAD) फंड का अधिकतम उपयोग करना चाहिए।
