The question is serious that despite funding of crores of rupees in government schools, why is quality education far away from the reach of children? That is when a large population of rural India is dependent on government schools. But the people responsible for it are busy watching the spectacle.
Even if the teacher wants to teach in the current time period, he is so entangled in departmental work that he does not have time to teach the children in the class. Now it is for the government to decide whether to get teachers to do departmental work or else to study, if the government would have recruited a clerk instead of education friends and would have done departmental work, then perhaps the condition of primary education today is not You will get to see more.
