How many posts can a candidate apply for SSC CGL
You can submit your claim to SSC in more than one position. You have to give more preference to the post which you like more and while filling the form of post preference, as compared to other posts. SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria
If you have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, then you can apply for SSC CGL exam . Except these two posts mentioned below, for these posts you have to meet certain criteria by SSC.
Educational Qualification Of Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO)
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute
Desirable Qualification :- (Chartered Accountant) | Cost & Management Accountant Company Secretary | Master’s degree in Commerce Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) | Masters in Business Studies | Masters of Business Administration (MBA) | Masters in Business Economics.
Desirable qualification is seen when any two applicants in the examination have obtained the same marks and only one of them has to be admitted to the post of Assistant Audit Officer, meaning only one place is vacant.
Desirable qualification is seen in this case, whoever meets the criteria of desirable qualification mentioned by the applicant will be selected for that post.

Educational Qualification of Junior Statistical Officer/ Statistical Investigator Grade-II
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute along with it should have at least 60% marks in your Maths subject in class 12th. SSC CGL Medical Test
In addition to having a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute, you should have a subject of Statistics in graduation.
Basic Requirements of SSC CGL Exams
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen
- You must be between 18-30
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
If you come from OBC then you will get 3 years relaxation from upper age limit and SC / ST students will get 5 years relaxation from upper age limit. Age relaxation of 10 years from upper age limit is allowed for Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates.

The Staff Selection Commission conducts the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) examination in four levels (Tiers) every year to recruit many college graduates to different vacant posts of different departments under the Central Government.

SSC CGL Medical Test
Medical test is taken of all the students who pass the SSC CGL exam. For all the posts of SSC CGL, you have to give medical. You do not need to worry about it, you can take it as a routine checkup.

Physical Standards (Male)
Height: 157.5 cms
If you come in Garwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas and Scheduled Tribes, then you will be given a Relaxation of 5 cm in height. SSC CGL Medical Test
Chest :- The minimum chest measurement should be 76 cm without inflating and 81 cm when inflated. A minimum of 5 cm of chest inflating is mandatory.
Physical Test (Male)
Walking:- 1600 metres in 15 minutes
Cycling:- 8 Kms in 30 minutes SSC CGL Medical Test
Physical Standards (Female)
Height:- 152 cms
Weight:- 48 kgs
If you come from Garwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas and Scheduled Tribes, you will be given a Relaxation of 2.5 cm in height and up to 2 kgs in weight. SSC CGL Medical Test

Walking:- 1 km in 20 minutes.
Cycling:- 3 Kms in 25 minutes.

- Male: 165 cm
- Female: 150 cm

Chest:- Minimum chest measurement should be 76 centimeters when inflated. No chest measurement for women
Vision:- Eye-sight (with or without glasses) SSC CGL Medical Test
Distant vision: 6/6 in one and 6/9 in the other eye , Near vision 0.6 in one eye and 0.8 in other eye
Physical standards for the post of Sub-Inspector in NIA
Height :-
- Male:- 170 cm
- Female:- 150 cm
5 cms in height is exempted for people of hill and tribals
Chest :- The minimum chest measurement should be 76 cm when inflated. No chest measurement for women

Sir i have a squint in one eye its like i cant move it towards left, but my right eye is perfect but left have issues so am i able to join cbn ?
